Pamela Brewer has been a practicing Yoga instructor for over fifteen years. She has been registered with Yoga Alliance® since 2002. Pam has been studying and teaching iRest® Yoga Nidra for the past two years. Pam took her first yoga class with Lilias Folan on PBS when she was 15 years old, and she loved it. Pam completed her teacher training with YOGA YOGA in Austin, TX in 2002. Her focus was in Ashtanga Yoga. Pam has continued her studies with a variety of teachers in Ashtanga, Hatha Flow, and Vinyasa yoga styles. In 2006 she spent a month in Mysore, India practicing with Pattabhi Jois at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. Pam took several workshops with Donna Farhi, where she was first introduced to Richard Miller’s Irest/Yoga Nidra meditation. She completed her iRest® Yoga Nidra training in April 2012 through Richard Miller’s Integrative Restoration Institute.
